Terms of Service
Here you will find the guidelines and rules for using Storyfanti, our coin system, and our subscription packages.
1. Scope & General Provisions
Welcome to Storyfanti! These Terms of Service („Terms“) govern the contractual relationship between you as the user and Storyfanti regarding the utilization of our platform, web-app, and all integrated systems.
By creating an account or subscribing to our plans, you explicitly consent to these terms.
2. Service Description & AI Media
Storyfanti is an interactive platform producing custom, AI-generated children's stories, watercolors, and sleeping-friendly voice read-alouds.
On-Demand Generation
All audio, text elements, and images are synthesized live by artificial intelligence upon your request. AI systems are creative but prone to hallucination or creating unexpected layouts. We provide automated safety filtering, but cannot guarantee 100% factual accuracy, stylistic perfection, or pedagogical suitability. Parents are requested to review generated files prior to sharing them with children.
Uptime & Service Availability
We aim for permanent network availability but do not promise 100% uptime. Upstream API delays or database maintenance might temporarily limit generation speeds.
3. Coin-System & Virtual Tokens
Generating pages, artwork, or synthesized audios on Storyfanti consumes internal usage units called Coins.
No Cash Value
Coins are internal tokens. They have **no cash value** and can never be exchanged for cash, refunded, or moved to another person's profile.
Token Consumption
Each custom page, audio wave, or movie renders against your current Coin balance. When your tokens hit 0, creation is suspended until subscription renewal or manual purchase of extra Coin bundles.
4. Subscriptions & Cancellation
Users can register under various paid subscription packages. Payments are securely managed and routed directly through Stripe.
Auto-Renewal & Cancellation
Subscriptions automatically roll over at the end of each billing cycle (e.g. monthly) unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time directly through the Stripe billing dashboard inside your settings.
Coin Retention and Expiration Rule
**Crucial Policy:** As long as your membership is active, unused coins roll over into next month. **Upon the end of the paid billing cycle of a cancelled subscription, all unused tokens on the account expire immediately.** No payouts or credits will be issued for leftover tokens.
5. Intellectual Property & Rights
We encourage sharing magical bedtime moments. The following rules govern generated works:
User Scope
You receive a perpetual, non-exclusive right to utilize, download, read, and share generated stories for your own private, personal, family purposes. Commercial monetization or selling generated books to third parties is strictly prohibited.
Platform Asset Security
All site UI layouts, color designs, vector logos, and server source codes remain the exclusive intellectual property of Storyfanti.
6. Right of Withdrawal
European Union consumers enjoy a statutory 14-day window to withdraw from remote service contracts.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days of account creation without providing reasons. To execute this, mail a written declaration (e.g. email to info@admsu.com).
Loss of Withdrawal Right: When you request custom digital syntheses (e.g., using coins to generate stories), you agree that we begin execution immediately. Once generation starts, the right of withdrawal is waived and lost for already delivered tokens.
7. Limitation of Liability
The contract operates under standard legal limitations:
Coverage: We remain liable for deliberate harm and gross negligence. Minor negligence only applies under the breach of fundamental contractual obligations.
AI Responsibility: We do not take responsibility for emotional pacing, sentence structuring, or words synthesized by AI endpoints. Parents are advised to briefly read generated drafts before showing them to small children.
General Jurisdictions: The contract is governed under the rules of the Federal Republic of Germany.
